How Will Your World Change Once You Believe In Yourself?

What could have you done today if you believed in yourself?

Life is long, but it is also short. I was reminded of that this week when my older sister was in a rollover in her Jeep. Though she is injured, it could have been much much worse.

As she is recovering from her injuries, a part of me wonders how this will change her life. What will she allow herself to be pulled towards? Or will everything remain the same? Then my mind starts to process how it will change mine.

See, I have always been the one that can learn from other’s lives. It’s a huge time saver, I don’t have to experience something first hand to know that I can learn a lesson to apply to my own life.

Experiencing a huge tragedy to awaken my soul is something I can do without. Therefore, I want my soul to be awake now and to thrive in all that I am and can be.

I AM TAKING THIS MOMENT TO CHANGE MYSELF

First, I plan to dive into what my fears are. What is blocking me? And then figure out how I can prevent my fear from becoming reality and if I can’t prevent it (the trolls on the internet), what can I do to repair any damage done by the storm of living my life?

After I face my fears, I will figure out what is pulling at my heart the hardest. Many things are tugging at me, but something is pulling harder. Trying with all its mite to win the tug-a-war and capture my attention. Now, I must listen.

Next, I will take action. Do my little butt off.

Finally, believe in myself so hard that the fear is blotted out by self-love.

How Will I Do This?

With all of the tools I have gathered over the years. The more “woo woo” the better.

Fear setting.

Meditation.

Affirmations combined with movement.

Visualization.

Positive self-talk.

Yoga.

Pouring out love.

Learning.

Gratitude.

What could you start doing today if you believed you could do it?

I have a hypnosis recording on releasing your fear of failure here.
