Ready to increase your self-love?! I’m so ready and I’m pumped to be offering you this FREE 12-week guide to support your inner work to incredible self-love.

You’ll want to use these gratitude sheets daily.

Why 12 weeks? That seems so long!!

Well, I want you to actually get results that last. Sure, I could have made this a 10-day challenge and you would have felt good.

But I wouldn’t be able to give you all these tips in 10 days. And I want you to feel fantastic. “Good” isn’t what I’m about delivering. I want you to feel thrilled at the end of this challenge. So that means it’s going to take 90 days of showing up consistently for yourself and nourishing yourself from the inside out.

You discover tools you’ll want to keep and come back to from time to time after the challenge and others that you only needed to do the one time.

I know the community of people going on this journey will be supportive and encouraging. The goal is to lift each other up during these next few weeks.

Week 1

Here you’ll find this week’s journal prompts and directions for the mirror work exercise.
You’ll be using this breathing exercise daily for this week. I like to use a yoga mat to lay on, it helps trigger my mind that it’s me time to go within.

This week we will be focusing on opening and connecting with your heart space and heart chakra.

This means the color for the week is green! Wear green and eat green food.

Week 6 – Becoming More Energized and Self-Aware

This week, practice this breathing exercise in the morning or in the middle of the day. It is designed to give you more energy and connect with you prana (life force). Do this once a day for the next week and then keep it in your toolbox for whenever you need a little boost of energy during your day. Use this breathing exercise to help free you from feeling obligated to do things you don’t want to do, release the feelings of guilt and regret. Start fresh today by using your breath.

This meditation is going to help you release the low energy negative emotions that are keeping you small so that you have room for the high energy expansive heartfelt emotions to take over. It’s time for you to expand and step into yourself fully. This is a fantastic way to take a few moments for self-care and to nourish your soul and dreams.
