Your daily choices shape you and the changes that happen or don’t happen in your life.
Creating habits is something you’re doing all of the time. So don’t be feeling overwhelmed here.
This is simple and takes effort to maintain your awesome new habits. Remember, you are already creating a habit by your daily choices. I’m just suggesting that you make a conscious decision about your choices.
With my “guide from the side” encouragement, I’d suggest you add in one thing on the daily that will be beneficial towards your goal. Make sure the action step matches your intention.
Start with something you’ll be successful at and are actually willing to do. And then keep that promise to yourself.
Your dreams don’t have a deadline, however, you can’t move closer to them, if you don’t move closer to them. Know what I mean?!
And if you have some time to spend on a movie this weekend, check out “I Feel Pretty”. I’ve watched it twice in a 14 hour period. And I’ll probably watch it one more time while I can. Thanks, Amazon rentals lasting for 48 hours or so.
