I know, it can feel good in a sense to hang on to the hurt and anger, however, I know you’re ready to embrace the life you’re meant to live. And that is going to take a huge sprinkle of forgiveness over the timeline of your life.
Bonus? All of this practicing forgiveness now will set you up for forgiveness in the future, because forgiveness is definitely a reoccurring story in our lives.
Forgiveness is also exercise for our mind, body, and soul. I get it’s not the easiest thing in the world to do, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done.
