I decided I would do the book reviews a bit different. I’m doing the exercises as well to see if I think they’re helpful and then let you know.
Often times, I buy books and read them to see if they would be fantastic resources for my clients and to keep me on my toes.
Shaun T; T Is For Transformation is definitely a book I’d recommend for others to read.
He tells a lot of his story including some of his darkest challenges and greatest achievements and all the hustle in between. What I really liked about this book was the fact that you can apply his exercises and advice whether you want to get fit or just live your life so that it is more fulfilling.
He sprinkles questions throughout the book that I’d encourage you to stop and answer. And the self-tests and exercises throughout the book are pretty great. Two of my favorites were writing a letter to those I’m mad at or that have hurt me and being 100% honest with the way I feel and then ripping them up and taking a deep dive into your circle of five.
I personally think these two exercises really help you move through and then towards what it is you want to achieve.
It was an easy book to read and I could hear Shaun’s voice as I took in the pages. And he adds physical fitness exercises at the end of the book to try out. How fun is that?
My overall verdict is I loved this book and would recommend it. I’ve already gifted it to two people (after I read the first four pages, I thought of two people who I just had to send it to).
Have you read this book? What did you think?
Is there a book you’d like me to review? Let me know!
Have an awesome day! Sending love and positivity your way, Steph
