Super excited! Nancy Richardson Fischer is my guest today and we talked about her book, When Elephants Fly,
living in the moment, moving through fear, karmaquences, kindness, kite surfing, her novel that comes out in October, her writing process and more. Listen then go and buy her book at your local book store. Think Mom and Pop shop type book store if you can. If not, Amazon is your friend.
Nancy currently lives in the Pacific Northwest going on adventures often with her husband and dog. Her first job when finishing college was writing for Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus and then moved on to other jobs such as writing freelance for LucasFilm and even writing sports autobiographies. Pretty cool.
And now she is writing her own young adult stories and sharing them with us. And this makes us very blessed. <3
I felt she was very intentional and thoughtful with the way she writes and weaves a story in When Elephants Fly. When you get your copy and snuggle down to read it, remember the snacks and your water to stay hydrated. If you’re a crier, have a box of tissue nearby, and plan to read the book in one sitting, because you are going to want to. And then let me know your take away. I have so many, but I don’t want to spoil the book for you, so we can chat after you read it.
Thanks for listening!
