The other day I was looking for some lower carb / higher fat recipe ideas
and I came across a video by Healthy Crazy Cool and I decided I would adapt one of his recipes with what I had at home and add in some extra goodies.
And it lead me to this dream breakfast that I’m currently obsessed with. It’s so good!!!! It’s healthy, clean, whole foods, and plant-based. So I wanted to share it with you. And if you have a version of it, share it with me. Have a gorgeous day!
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 TBSP of walnuts, chopped
- 1 TBSP of cacao nibs
- 1 TBSP of hemp hearts A dash of pumpkin pie spice
Mix and enjoy!

I saw this recipe on @medicalmedium Instagram account and just had to try it. It is so good and refreshing.
When we feed ourselves whole foods, everything changes from the inside and then everything changes for us.
This recipe was awesome.
I used:
- 4 lemons for the lemon juice,
- 1 cupe of frozen strawberries,
- a square of ginger,
- a small watermelon,
- and a splash of maple syrup.
Blend it all together and enjoy.
It was so good. Going to make this weekly. What’s your favorite kind of lemonade?
