The Only Thoughts That Matter, Are Yours
Stop putting value in others judgments of you. They don’t have all the info to make a solid judgment anyway.
Instead, focus on doing the best you can. This includes evolving what your best looks like. Take time to learn new skills and practice them. Decide how you want to respond in certain situations and then visualize yourself doing that.
If you would like some books on the stoic philosophy:
- The Obstacle Is The Way: The Timeless Art of Turning Trials into Triumph
- Meditations
- Letters From A Stoic

What do you think about the Stoic philosophy?
