Lots of people include affirmations in their daily practice. Including Tim Ferris, Adam Robinson, Scott Adams, Peter Diamondis, Tony Robbins and more!
Let’s add you to that list.
You can also write down your affirmations.
Pick a specific statement and then write it down 15 times a day. Such as, “I, Stephanie Parejamaas, will become a motivational speaker.” Or “I, Stephanie Parejamaas, am in the best shape of my life.”
I make sure my mindset is in a positive place when I do this practice. I think it helps. However, it is better to write it grumpy than to not write it at all. 😉
Remember to include gratitude in your affirmation practice.
