Sunday Affirmations part two!
I love affirmations. I really do. They are such a simple way to uplift my spirit and I think you may find them helpful as well.
They seem a little silly to do at first. However, it is really a brain exercise to retrain it and take control of what it is thinking and saying to yourself. So in my opinion, it is actually a pretty great thing to be doing.
And when you combine affirmations with movement… it is like a power boost to the brain. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose?! (besides those pesky negative statements)
