Happy Sunday!!
I thought since many of us think of Sunday as the start of the week, what a fantastic day to say some affirmations while moving our bodies in some way that we enjoy. I find this to be a super effective way to get the affirmation to take root faster in my mind, body, and soul.
I also love to write out a single affirmation that is really pulling at me, that is usually outside of my comfort zone, about 15 times a day in my journal until I feel ready to move on to the next one.
