Episode 155: To Have Kids or Not To featuring Lindsey (Part 1 of 3)

** Link to listen to the episode is at the bottom of the page.

My life long friend, Lindsey, joins me today to talk about her decision to not have children. She is married and in her late 30s and living life to the fullest.

Lindsey agreed to come and share her decision with you guys to provide support to any other women out there who have made this decision and are often questioned about their choice. She wanted to spread the love, support, and uplift you.

It’s your decision to make and your life to live, it’s best if you can figure out what will make your life the most fulfilling and then do that regardless of anyone else’s opinion. Self-discovery is so important. Make time for that 100%.

I also LOVE that Linds talked with Gary on date #2 about her decision to not have kids. Way to show up as YOU!! And they double-check with each other often and have stayed with their decision.

  1. Like Lindsey, I have struggled with the decision not to have kids, but realize kids don’t fit into my lifestyle. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews but also love my freedom and me time. It’s nice to know I’m not alone in my decision.

    1. Hi Tonya, glad you heard a story that you can relate to. I really wanted to have this conversation so that women could hear that they are not alone in their decision to not have children and can love on their nieces, nephews, and all the other kiddos in their life if that is more fitting for them for whatever reason. Thanks for sharing. <3 Steph
