10 Actions To Skyrocket Your Self-Growth
- Be more playful and silly
- Make a list of at least 10 big and small things that you love or really like that having you feeling peaceful, happy, uplifted, ya know, all the good stuff. And then add at least one in every single day.
- Mirror work – at least 1 min a day for 7 days
- Gratitude for all the things going well or better than crappy
- Shift your self-talk to uplifting statements
- Make an experience list
- Set boundaries
- Time to self and ask the hard questions
