It’s so helpful to write down one to three actionable goals for the day that bring us closer to our goals.
I encourage you to do this. First, figure out what your goal is and then write down a couple things you can do today that will bring you closer to your goal.
This can be simple and small goals that you can accomplish.
Then, take a moment before bed and review what you accomplished today. Feel the gratitude for the work you put in.
Feel the benefits of more confidence, happy boost from gratitude, and actually getting closer to your goal and eventually nailing it because you put in the steps every day.
