Body scanning is a fantastic way to be present in the moment and to get to know your body.
Let this guided meditation assist you in focusing in on your body. Notice all the sensations your body is feeling.
You can also do this just by sitting in a chair and noticing the different sensations starting at your feet and working up to your head or vise versa.
Notice the pressure, temperature, vibrations, pleasure, pain, heaviness, lightness, tightness, softness, how your breath flows, any feelings that come up, and notice any other sensations that are present.
You can listen to the recording here. However, you must listen to it when you can give it your full attention. You CANNOT listen to it while you are driving or operating heavy machinery or doing anything else that needs your attention.
