Episode 134: Execute What You’re Capable Of | Hans Struzyna

I’m honored to have Hans Struzyna as a guest today.

He has some really great perspectives to share. He is practicing what he believes and sees it working for him.

Not only did Hans marry his best friend, has the ability to make amazing risotto without a recipe, he had a 12-year rowing career that took him to the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. His wife is also an Olympic rower. How cool right?  Hans has worked to train his mind to push himself through the discomfort and to make patience his friend instead of an inconvenience.

Hans was able to transition from spending years rowing to his next journey. He was able to identify and shift limiting beliefs that were in his way and developed a system that works for him to find gratitude in every day.

Hans currently spends his time loving life with his wife and professionally is a Realtor Partner with The Gunderman Group, which is a pretty great company to be a part of since they have a family-type environment and are a Wall Street Journal Top 100 nationally ranked team. He also teams up with his wife to invest in real estate investing.

Believing in yourself and what you’re capable of all starts with writing down your goals and then finding the commitment, and patience to move towards that goal with persistence.

Please join me in welcoming Hans to the podcast and let us know something that resonated with you.

Episode Notes:

Write down your goals. Make them part of your daily experience.

You can contact Hans on Instagram: @chiefsnah

Hans also has a podcast, Another Way To Play. Check it out and give him some love.

The book that Hans mentions is Win Bigly by Scott Adams.

Hans also mentions Grant Cardone.

There is a minimum amount of time it will take to reach your goal. Stay persistent, put in intense effort, and be patient. Be okay with the time it will take.

Thank you for spending time with us today and remember to share this episode with someone.

Sending so much love your way, Steph
