Mistakes Are Good Things

Mistakes used to be so scary to me. And then I embraced them.

Back when I was in high school, I was the BIGGEST perfectionist. It helped to feel like I had control over something, including the outcome. It came with feeling anxious though at times and the HUGE fear of EVER making a mistake. Seriously. Mistakes were scarier than a monster in the closet.

And then one day, I realized how unhelpful this “no mistakes” mentality was to my life. It prevented me from doing, from trying, from fully living, and from loving myself. And that was no good.

And let me tell you. It was a process of letting this perfectionist side go. My first steps started with letting someone help me make dinner and not micromanaging the way they did things. Letting them have space to do it their way. Understanding that there are many ways to make a “peanut butter and jelly sandwich” and they all taste pretty good.

That I wanted to love myself and experience life, so I let the idea of perfectionism go. And now I love mistakes. Mistakes mean I’m trying new things, expanding, growing, and getting in the arena.

Mistakes are now a welcomed part of my process. And heck yes, I make mistakes all the time. Pretty much on the daily. Some still haunt my dreams, but overall, mistakes embrace my process and I embrace the wisdom that comes with each one.

Are you embracing your mistakes? If not and you want to start to and would like some guidance, I’d love to work with you. And because you are so special to me and I appreciate your time. I’m going to offer you the opportunity to name your own price on the 8-package session. Normally it’s $1200, but because I want your transition to the fall to be awe-inspiring, I’m going to let you name your price. And if it sounds like a deal, we’ll make one.

Just complete the form here and in the “best times to meet” section, mention your price or send me an email at Stephanie@beautifullychanged.com

First, we can chat to make sure you think I’m a good fit and you’re a good fit for me.

Have a fantastic day and remember you’re awesome and the world needs you.

Sending so much love to you,
Steph
