While my work serves anyone on a journey of expansion, self-reinvention, or reclaiming their authentic expression, I also hold a special place in my heart for trans women and gender-expansive people. For years, I’ve supported trans women through confidence-building, feminization hypnosis, voice practice, community, and identity transformation — and that experience has profoundly shaped my approach to guiding humans through evolving identities.
Working so closely with the trans community has taught me:

✨ how deeply people crave to feel seen
✨ how playful and liberating self-creation can be
✨ and how powerful it is to rewrite your inner world with intention
This understanding now weaves naturally into my work — not as a niche, but as a reminder that everyone deserves to evolve into their most aligned and joy-filled self.

I really have to say what an amazing experience it was having my first-ever hypnosis session with Stephanie! I will admit I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never done it before. Our family had experienced a traumatic experience and I found myself left very angry. I was looking for a way to let go of my anger that was safe and beneficial for my family.
