So I made this recording for those who experience anxiety, regardless if it is on a daily basis or situational. Listen to it at least once a week. Daily is great as well for those who experience anxiety more often. Bye anxiety! Calm is taking over!
If you are new to hypnosis, this is what you need to know:
- You are in control the entire time
- I cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do
- Never listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery
- You may not relax that much the first time because your curiosity might want to know what is happening the entire time
- Using headphones makes for a better experience
- Have your body fully supported
- If you fall asleep… that’s okay… your subconscious is still listening
- Hypnosis is different for everyone, therefore results are not guaranteed
- You may or may not remember the experience.
- Each time you do hypnosis, you may relax a bit more
