I started this blog and coaching business with an enormous desire to spread more love and positivity where ever I can. Connecting with others is something I truly value. Sharing the knowledge I have gained and applied to enhance the lives around me, including my own, is a deep passion of mine.  My goal is to add value to your life.

I completely understand that what I share won’t be for everyone. It isn’t supposed to be. But in order to grow, we need to be uncomfortable. This blog is my of continuing to grow and encouraging others who resonate with my posts to continue growing as well. Finding a way to breathe through the uncomfortable and live showing a bit of our souls to the world.

For those who are interested in my background…

… includes a love of learning and applying what is learned from wellness, relationships and personal development. I have a vision that we will all live this life wrapped in love and kindness.

My professional experience goes hand in hand with my educational background which consists of a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development from Montana State University. I am a Certified Family Life Educator, Certified Hypnotherapist, a Gottman Leader and is also trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator. I am also slowing studying yoga as well as I would like to add that to future workshops.
